Water heater installation, Plumbing pipe repair
I was stuck at 5 am on a Sunday morning in the middle of the construction holiday (when most plumbers leave town) with an ancient hot water tank leaking through the floor into my downstairs neighbor's apartment.
Samir was at my place 30 minutes after we spoke. Leaking stopped. Water heater replaced. Everything exactly as I needed was provided with highly professional and personable service.

Emergency plumbing
I had a bad time on a Saturday afternoon and of the five “24/7” plumbers, DZ was the only one I was able to talk to in person. I left messages for others, but DZ had already completed the job before anyone called me back.
In addition, once there, the plumber had to deal with a more complex situation than expected, which he did brilliantly and professionally. I recommend without hesitation.
